How is my order shipped, and what are the charges?
All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping for retail orders over $15 are free. We only ship to the continuous United States and APO addresses. We process orders from our warehouse in Americus Georgia within 3 business days, at which time you will receive a tracking number in the e-mial you used at checkout.
Can I choose the embroidery
No, sorry but the crafts are made by the women in Chajul with a variety of different embroideries. We are sure that you will enjoy them all as they are traditional Guatemalan designs. If you would like to place a large order with the same embroidery, we can request this from the cooperative, but please allow up to 3 months processing and shipping time. Please send us a request on our wholesale page.
Do the Fabrics Match
As the items are all hand made, colors may vary slightly, however we have added a code (ex - T01) after many items to help you find matching items. If you like a certain pattern, you can use this code to see similar items.
What if I would like to return an item
Please contact us within 1 week of receiving the item if you are not satisfied and we will work out an exchange. You can send an email to info@handsofguatemala.com or use our contact us form.
