Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If you would like to return an item because you would prefer something different, we will provide you a store credit upon receipt of the returned item in the same condition as it was sent. Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. We offer a free shipping for all orders over $15. We use USPS for all orders unless otherwise requested. Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We currently ship by US Mail. Sorry at this time we only ship to addresses in the United States. We will process and ship your item(s) within 3 business days and send a tracking number to the email you used at checkout.
Wholesale Shipping
Only applies if you have already been approved for a wholesale account. When your wholesale order is placed, you will be charged a shipping fee based on the total value of your order. We will ship the best method to get your order to you within 1 week. We will post a credit amount to your account for the difference in the amount you were charged when you placed your order and the actual amount that the shipping service charged Hands of Guatemala to ship your order. You may use this credit on your next order. If you decide not to place a future order, we will refund this amount to you via PayPal or a prepaid credit card.
