You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We currently ship by US Mail. Sorry at this time we only ship to addresses in the United States. We will process and ship your item(s) within 3 business days and send a tracking number to the email you used at checkout.
Only applies if you have already been approved for a wholesale account. When your wholesale order is placed, you will be charged a shipping fee based on the total value of your order. We will ship the best method to get your order to you within 1 week. We will post a credit amount to your account for the difference in the amount you were charged when you placed your order and the actual amount that the shipping service charged Hands of Guatemala to ship your order.
